At Nonchalant Casual we want to do everything possible to keep our customers happy. You can review our Return Policy and Return Process below.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you’ve received a defective item, contact us within three days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALL ON-SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
All exchanges must be approved merchandise can be returned
- All returns must be received within 14 days of date shipped out. Upon receipt of your package, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your returned has been processed.
- Merchandise must be unworn with all original tags attached to items. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled.
- Non-returnable merchandise includes any merchandise marked sale, formal gowns, swimwear, bodysuits and gift certificates.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest sending your returns package USPS, UPS or FedEx so you will have a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds are issued back as a store credit only to your account.
Terms & Conditions
- Nonchalant Casual Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.
- We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition.
- Personal Shopping Services: There is a 20-50% restocking fee Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.
To Make a Return or Exchange
- Your package will include an order invoice. Email (email@example.com) us your RA request, noting the invoice number, the style number(s), color(s) and the quantity of the item(s) you are requesting an RA for. We will confirm receipt of your request and contact you ASAP with our response.
- If your RA request is approved and we ask that the merchandise be returned to us, we will email you the necessary shipping instructions.
- Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Nonchalant Casual is not responsible for lost return packages without insurance.
